Ich bin der Beweis dafür, dass du dein Leben komplett auf den Kopf stellen kannst – und zwar genau so, wie du es dir wünschst.
Diese toxischen Beziehungen, die dich kleinhalten? Hatte ich – und habe sie hinter mir gelassen. Den gut bezahlten Job, der dich ausbrennt? Abgehakt und gekündigt. Das ewige Gefühl, die „Problemlöserin“ für alle zu sein, aber nie für dich selbst? Been there, done that.
Heute? Heute lebe ich zwischen Bali und der Schweiz, arbeite remote und erschaffe mir ein Leben, das mir genauso viel Energie gibt, wie ich investiere. Ich habe gelernt, mich selbst an erste Stelle zu setzen, gesunde Beziehungen zu führen und mich nicht mehr von den Erwartungen anderer ausbremsen zu lassen. Menschen bleiben stehen, weil sie spüren, dass ich strahle – und glaub mir, das kam nicht von allein, sondern durch echte Arbeit an mir selbst.
